TAPPS FORMS

TAPPS forms are official documents required by the Texas Association of Private and Parochial Schools (TAPPS) to ensure that students and schools comply with the organization's rules and regulations. These forms are typically used for:

  • Parental consent for participation in athletics and fine arts
